Company Software602 a.s. operating service SecuStamp.com proceeds in the processing of personal data in accordance with act No. 101/2000 Coll., eventually acts Nos. 127/2005 Coll., 480/2004 Coll. and other relevant generally binding legal regulations. Software602 a.s. does not process users' personal data other than for legal purposes in relation to the time stamps issuing purposes and for purposes arising from policy for issuing of qualified time stamps by the certification authority issuing time stamps – Post Signum. Personal data are processed only in the range needed for fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes and only for the period needed to achieve the above mentioned purposes.
